3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

• Do not interfere with integrity, availability, or security.
• Do not upload malicious code or infringing content.

You retain ownership of data and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the services.

Topos may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Fees, disclaimers, and liability

Paid features may require subscription fees. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and may change with notice.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is disclaimed.
